Shipping and Delivery

All orders inside Saudi Arabia need 2-4 working days to be delivered.while for orders out side Saudi Arabia need 4-6 working days. However, preorders and customized orders need 7-14 days to be shipped. Shipping fees within Riyadh are SAR 35, while it's SAR 45 to other cities in the Kingdom. For GCC countries, the shipping fee is SAR 140, and for other countries, it's SAR 240.

Returns

Customers can request a return by logging into their account, navigating to the "My Account" page, selecting the order they wish to refund, and submitting a request. If the request is approved, a charge of SAR 95 will apply for Saudi Orders, and SAR 180 will apply for international orders. For further inquiries or to initiate a return request, please contact us at info@shahadaljumah.com. Please note that items can be returned within one day of receiving the order, custom sizes or modifications are not eligible for replacement or returne.

Orders

When you register for any order with us, you are then committed, in accordance with your rights to cancel or return products, to purchase the products mentioned in the purchase order at the price specified, including any delivery fees.

Currently, purchases made on our website can be paid for using Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay and Mada.

الشحن والتوصيل

جميع الطلبات داخل المملكة العربية السعودية تستغرق ٢-٤ أيام عمل لتصل إليكم. بينما تستغرق الطلبات خارج المملكة من ٤-٦ أيام عمل ليتم توصيلها. أما الطلبات مسبقة الطلب preordered و التفصيل custom size تستغرق مدة التنفيذ 7-14 يوم. تبلغ رسوم الشحن داخل الرياض 35 ريالاً سعوديًا، بينما تبلغ 45 ريالًا سعوديًا إلى باقي مدن المملكة. لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي رسوم الشحن 140 ريال سعودي، وبالنسبة للدول الأخرى 240 ريال سعودي.

الإسترجاع

يمكن للعملاء طلب إرجاع المنتج عن طريق تسجيل الدخول إلى حسابهم، ثم الانتقال إلى صفحة "حسابي" واختيار الطلب الذي يرغبون في إرجاعه، ثم تقديم طلب. إذا تمت الموافقة على الطلب، سيتم محاسبة مبلغ 95 ريال سعودي للطلبات السعودية، و180 ريال سعودي للطلبات الدولية. للمزيد من الاستفسارات أو لبدء طلب إرجاع، يرجى التواصل معنا على info@shahadaljumah.com. يرجى ملاحظة أنه يمكن إرجاع المنتجات خلال يوم واحد من استلام الطلب، وأن المنتجات ذات الأحجام المخصصة أو التعديلات أو الطلبات المسبقة preorder غير مؤهلة للاستبدال أو الإرجاع.
