Request a return steps

If you wish to request a return for your order, please follow these steps:

Customers can request to return the product within only one day of receiving the order, provided that the product is not used. Note that returns are not free due to the cost of delivery and bank fees. An amount of 95 Saudi riyals will be deducted for orders within Saudi Arabia, and 180 Saudi riyals will be deducted for international orders. Please note that products with custom sizes or modifications are not eligible for exchange or return. This is done by logging into their account, then going to the “My Account” page, choosing the order they wish to return, and then submitting a request.

1. Log In to Your Account
2. Navigate to "My Account"
3. Click on "Orders"
4. Select the Order you wish to return
5. Fill The form
6. Submit your request
