Customers from Saudi Arabia can request a return by logging into their account, navigating to the “My Account” page, selecting the order they wish to refund, and submitting a request. If the request is approved, a charge of SAR 95 will apply, while international orders are non-refundable. Please note that items can be returned within one day of receiving the order, custom sizes or modifications are not eligible for replacement or returne.
