Delivery

All orders inside Saudi Arabia need 2-4 working days to be delivered.while for orders out side Saudi Arabia need 4-6 working days. However, preorders and customized orders need 7-14 days to be shipped.

RETURNS

Customers can request a return by logging into their account, navigating to the “My Account” page, selecting the order they wish to refund, and submitting a request. If the request is approved, a charge of SAR 95 will apply for Saudi Orders, and SAR 180 will apply for international orders.
