Our policy allows you to return products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within three days of receiving the shipment. Note that pieces manufactured with customer-specific sizes or modified ones are not included in the return or exchange.

Note that the return is not free due to shipping costs and bank fees. The return fee will be deducted from the amount returned to the customer, amounting to 90 riyals for orders inside the city of Riyadh and 150 riyals for orders outside the city of Riyadh.
In the case of payment upon receipt, the amount is not returned, but is kept as a balance in the customer’s account, which he can benefit from at any time
As for orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, they are not included in the return or exchange
