We offer a 3 day returns policy. Items must be unworn or unused and must be in a fully re-saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags still attached.
You just have to fill return form during this period and wait for our driver to collect the shipment.
Please be informed that the costumer charges the shipping cost.
In case of cash on delivery payment, the amount will NOT be returned, but will be kept as a balance in the store.
We are providing this service for the Haut-couture dresses, while the ready to wear dresses are not included.
